The following free PDF software applications download in less than one megabyte and work in Windows 98 or later…
Cool PDF Reader 2.0.0.99: This compact application can display or print these files. It is also capable of converting them to various document and image formats. The program’s download size is only 0.9 MB, compared to a much larger 20.3 megabytes for Adobe Reader 7.0.9. Download
Free PDF Converter 1.0: This freeware program converts several different file formats to PDF, including some kinds of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations. About 2MB free hard disk space is necessary to complete installation. A downside of this software is that it requires internet access to function. Download
Both of these software programs have been scanned with AVG Free to ensure they don’t contain viruses.

You forgot the best one Foxit Reader way better than the other 2 and highly supported.
Yes, it looks good - a slightly larger download and it requires Windows ME/2000 or later, but there are some features the others don’t have. Download Link
